  Voice parameters ("Rob"): voice en-us, rate 150, pitch 40, volume 100; each word rendered separately,
  silence-trimmed, peak-normalised, MP3 (lame -V8, 22.05 kHz mono), level-matched to the existing bank.
  Generator source: Distillative AI, bin/gen-voice-primitives.py (sites/www.distillative.ai, see its NOTICE),
  and this repository's tools/voice_add_words.py and tools/voice_rob_words.py (render step, deterministic).
  eSpeak NG itself is not distributed with this game. Keep this notice with the clips.
